Trick or Treat

 Lace - Haberdashery | Dress & Tights - H&M | Ring - Aldo | Boots - Vera Moda

Happy Halloween everyone.  If you can't guess, I'm meant to be a Black Widow, what do you think?  Are you guys all dressed up?

I'm all about DIY, cheap and cheerful costumes - I owned pretty much everything already, I just had to buy the lace at £1.99 a meter which was a total bargain and used this YouTube video for inspiration for my make-up.

On Saturday I went to a cool night called The Passing Cloud Feast of the Dead.  It had a forest creature theme, with all the bar staff dressed up, spooky decorations covering the walls, loads of live DJs and stage performances.  It was a great night with great friends and lots of golden Rum and Lemonade was consumed.

What does everyone else have planned for Halloween?

I love your get up, very effective and the make up looks awesome! Sounds like a fun night.. I've done nothing at all, and my boyfriend is leaving me home alone tonight! xx

I love your costume, really like how you did the tears!

I went as a zombie (partly because I am skint and it meant I only had to buy fake blood!). There's photos on my blog :) xx

That costume is awesome and ever so cheap!

I went as the Black Swan which I was quite happy with and usually I hate my costume efforts!

Wow, this is the first properly creepy (i.e. not slutty, un-halloween-related or tacky-scary) costume I've seen in a long time!

Your make up looks great! That's good that you didn't have to spend too much on a costume. I didn't go out for halloween this year so no dressing up for me this time! x
